Intensive shelling | Regime forces fire rockets on positions in Jabal Al-Zawiyah, south of Idlib
SOHR activists, in “Putin-Erdogan” area, have reported rocket fire by regime forces in the early hours of Wednesday morning, targeting the outskirts of Al-Bara, Kansafra, Fulayfel and Bayannin in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib. No casualties have been reported.
Meanwhile, regime forces and factions operating in the area have traded medium and heavy machineguns in Sahl Al-Ghab in north-western Hama countryside.
On June 4, SOHR activists monitored the entry of a Turkish military convoy from Kafr Lucien crossing, north of Idlib.
The convoy comprises 20 trucks carrying cement blocks formed as tunnels, and headed towards Turkish command checkpoint in Al-Mastoma town, before sending reinforcements towards frontlines with regime forces in the eastern frontline of Jabal Al-Zawiyah in Idlib countryside.
