Aleppo | Russian helicopters fly over areas controlled by Kurdish forces amid caution calm

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that cautious calm prevails throughout areas hosting Kurdish forces in northern Aleppo countryside from Tuesday evening until the moment.

While two helicopters of Russian Airforce fly over the areas of Umm Hosh, Harbil and Tel Qarah and Al-Ahdas which are under the control of Kurdish forces north of Aleppo to the airspace of areas controlled by Ankara-backed factions, then headed to Kwiris military airport.

Yesterday evening, SOHR activists documented the injury of a woman displaced from Afrin, in addition to the damage of several civilians’ houses, where Turkish forces stationed in Jalbal village fired over 15 heavy artillery shells and missiles on Abin village and its vicinity.

Moreover, Turkish forces stationed in Thalthana base fired several artillery shells on the outskirts of Um Al-Hawsh village in the northern Aleppo countryside, injuring a child.
