500 soldiers and heavy weaponry | Regime forces bring in large military reinforcements to Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that regime forces brought military reinforcements to regime-held areas in southern Manbij countryside in eastern Aleppo countryside.

The reinforcements comprise tanks, heavy weapons and nearly 500 soldiers and deployed near Tel Aswad and Haimar Al-Jaish villages in area adjacent to regime-held areas with SDF.

On June 3, SOHR activists reported that Russian forces brought military reinforcements to military base known as Al-Sae’diyah in Manbij countryside, north eastern of Aleppo.

This came in light of the Russian military escalation in north eastern of Syria for a few days, coinciding with media escalation by Turkish side and the Turkish president’s (Recep Tayyip Erdogan) media about launching a Turkish military operation on the area.
