Regime atrocities | Woman shot dead by regime forces while collecting caper plant on Al-Bab outskirts, east of Aleppo

SOHR activists have documented the death of a woman, who was shot dead by members of the regime forces, while collecting caper (Flinders roses) in the silos’ area on the outskirts of Al-Bab city in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

It is worth noting that caper plant, which grows on the outskirts of roads and agricultural lands in northern Syria, and is sold to herbal dealers and used to treat back and ear pain and some other diseases, has become a source of livelihood for many people in light of the dire living conditions
