Military escalation | Missiles hit vicinity of Marae’ city in areas of Ankara-backed factions in Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that missiles hit areas in the vicinity of Marae’ city, which is held by Turkish backed factions, in northern Aleppo countryside.

The missiles were fired from areas of Kurdish and regime forces in the region. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that Turkish forces fired heavy artillery shells on Al-Shawargha, Samoka and Sad Al-Shohabaa villages in Kurdish-held areas in northern Aleppo countryside. However, no reports of material damages were reported.

SOHR activists reported that cautious calm prevailed throughout areas hosting Kurdish forces in northern Aleppo countryside from Tuesday evening until the moment.

While two helicopters of Russian Airforce flew over the areas of Umm Hosh, Harbil and Tel Qarah and Al-Ahdas which are under the control of Kurdish forces north of Aleppo to the airspace of areas controlled by Ankara-backed factions, then headed to Kwiris military airport.
