Clashes in Arbin and Explosive barrels hit Madaya

Reef Dimashq province: Explosive barrels were dropped on Madaya. Regime forces bombarded Qalamoun wasteland. Clashes took place between regime forces and rebels around Arbin. 1 militant in Hezbollah was killed by clashes against Islamic battalions in Zabdani. An IED exploded near al-Jad and Rajab turning in Yelda town, no casualties reported.
