“De-escalation zone” | “Al-Fath Al-Mubeen” factions and regime forces exchange rockets and machine-gun fires in Jabal Al-Akrad and Sahl Al-Ghab

SOHR activists in “Putin-Erdogan” area have reported shelling on Al-Kabbanah frontline at Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, between operation room factions “Al-Fath Al-Mubeen” by one side and regime forces and their proxies by the other.

Moreover, Al-Amqiyah frontline in Sahl Al-Ghab has also witnessed an exchange of heavy machine-gun between operation room factions “Al-Fath Al-Mubeen” on one side and regime forces and their proxies on the other, amid Russian reconnaissance aircraft flying over the area.

Furthermore, regime forces have also shelled areas in Al-Fatirah, Fulayfel, Savohn and Al-Bara in Jabal Al-Zawiyah. No casualties have been reported.

On June 13, SOHR activists reported a rocket attack carried out by regime forces in the early hours of Monday morning, targeting areas in Al-Bara, Al-Fatitrah, Fulayfel, Safuhn, Bayannin and Al-Ruwayhah in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib.

Moreover, regime forces and Al-Fath Al-Mobin operating faction traded fire on Kabanah frontlines in Jabal Al-Akrad in northern Lattakia countryside. No casualties have been reported.

This came amid intensive flights by a Russian reconnaissance aircraft over Jabal Al-Zawiyah, Jabal Al-Akrad and Sahl Al-Ghab.

On June 9, SOHR activists documented the death of a member of Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyah faction and the injury of four others, where regime forces stationed in Idlib countryside shelled factions’ positions on the frontlines of Idlib countryside, where artillery shells and missiles hit Folaifal, Al-Bara and Al-Fatera villages in Jabal Al-Zawiyah southern of Idlib.

Moreover, regime forces fired artillery shells on Kafr Amma village, west of Aleppo. However, no casualties were reported.
