Imposing royalties on oil tanks | National Army members assault pharmacist in “Euphrates Shield” area

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that members of Al-Sultan Murad Division stationed in a new checkpoint near Tel Al-Hawa village in Jarablus countryside northeastern of Aleppo.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the members of the checkpoint imposed 50 to 100 Turkish Liras royalties on trucks and tanks carrying oil, depending on the amount of oil.

Regarding violations against residents of “Euphrates Shield” area, two members of the National Army in Al-Bab city eastern of Aleppo severely beat a pharmacist of Al-Okaidat tribe displaced from Deir Ezzor yesterday, for “refusing to give them painkillers without prescription”, where he suffered bruises and several wounds.

The dignitaries of Al-Okaidat tribe demanded the military and judicial institutions to take a stand against the members of the National Army.

On June 11, SOHR activists reported that a member of “Al-Sultan Mohamed Al-Fateh” faction severely beat a civilian known initially as “K.S.” in front of his wife, on the highway between Al-Bab city and Al-Faikha village in eastern Aleppo countryside, in light of personal disputes between both persons.

Meanwhile the civilian attempted to file a case against the assailant, however the Military Police refused to investigate into the incident and demanded the civilian to resolve the case by “mutual consent.”
