Extrajudicial | Luwaa Al-Samarkand faction arrests two young men in Afrin

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that a patrol of Luwaa Al-Samarkand faction arrested two civilians from Kafr Safra village in Jinderes district on June 13, one of them was arrested for “working with the Internal Security Forces of the Autonomous Administration”, and the charges pressed against the other civilian weren’t identified, however the residents accuse him of “dealing with the National Army.”

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that a joint patrol of Turkish military police and intelligence arrested three civilians from Tel Slour in Jendieres district in Afrin countryside, north-west of Aleppo on June 15 for “dealing with Kurdish forces.” The patrol members also arrested another civilian from Kafr Safra in Jendieres district for the same charge.
