Amid exchange of fire | Clashes erupt between Turkish-backed factions and Al-Bab Military Council Forces in eastern Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR sources have reported that clashes and exchange of medium and heavy machinegun fire erupted in the early hours of Tuesday on the frontline of Hazawan in Al-Bab countryside in eastern Aleppo between Turkish-backed factions and Al-Bab Military Council Forces. However, no casualties have been reported so far.

 

On June 7, SOHR activists reported artillery and rocket fire by Turkish forces and their proxy factions in the early hours of Tuesday morning, targeting the villages of Al-Jat and Qurt Wiran in the north-east of Manbij, in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

 

Turkish forces also fired rockets and artillery shells on the villages of Al-Kawkali, Korhiuk, Jabal Al-Hamra, Al-Bughaz and Al-Fawares farms, west of Manbij. No further details were reported about the number of casualties or material damages.

 

Meanwhile, a member of “Samarqand” faction was killed and others were injured when the faction military vehicle was hit by a guided missile fired from areas where regime forces and Al-Bab Military Council Forces on the frontline of Al-Kuridiyah village in the countryside of Al-Bab, east of Aleppo.
