Celebrating slaughtering civilian in Damascus over earlier retaliation | Family fire bullets in the air in Al-Qamishly

SOHR activists in Al-Helaliyah neighbourhood in Al-Qamishli city have reported heavy gunfire this afternoon, as a family were celebrating the death of a civilian who was slaughtered by members of this family in a hotel in the capital Damascus over an earlier retaliation.

According to SOHR sources, a civilian from Al-Qamishli, who had been imprisoned in a regime prison for killing a man from Al-Helaliyah neighbourhood 15 years ago, was released a few days ago. The victim’s family were informed of the release of the murder and send some relatives to Damascus where they slaughtered the recently-released murder.

It is worth noting the entire Syrian territory, specially north and east Syria, experiences almost-daily family and tribal infightings, mostly over earlier disagreements and retaliations. On many occasions, these infightings and clashes left casualties.
