To woo residents | Russian forces distribute food baskets to residents in Hatla village in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that Russian military forces have handed food baskets to residents of Hatla village in Deir Ezzor countryside in regime-held areas.

According to reliable SOHR sources, 60 food baskets were handed to residents in the presence of the village’s mayor. The baskets comprise rice, oil, flour, tea and others in an attempt to win people’s affection.

SOHR activists reported that Russian forces handed 300 food bags to residents of Deir Ezzor countryside.

The food bags comprised flour, rice, oil and tea, and the bags were handed to residents of Khasham town.

This was the third time where Russian forces handed food bags to residents of the seven villages eastern of Euphrates river in Deir Ezzor.
