Frequent flight | Russian jets fly along Syria-Turkey border and Al-Hasakah and Al-Raqqah countryside frontlines

SOHR activists have reported that Russian fighter jets have intensely flown at low altitude from Al-Qamishli airport over Syrian-Turkish border strip and frontlines between SDF and regime forces on one side and Turkish forces and “National Army” factions on the other in Al-Hasakah and Al-Raqqah countryside from midnight till the early hours of Sunday morning.

Moreover, Russian helicopters have also flown over the frontlines and border areas in the early morning hours.

It is worth noting that the frontlines between SDF and regime forces on the one hand and Turkish forces and National Army factions on the other hand in the countryside of Al-Hasakah and Al-Raqqah have witnessed ongoing caution calm, compared to the beginning of the Turkish media’s military escalation and daily bombardment in the region.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that Turkish forces fired mortar shells on Al-Tawilah village in Tel Tamr district in north-western countryside in Al-Hasakah.
