In one week | Al-Sham Legion arrests 15 civilians in Shirawa district in Afrin

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that members of an Al-Sham Legion patrol, which is affiliated to the Turkish Intelligence, arrested two civilians from Ain Dara village in Shirawa district in Afrin countryside on late June, without pressing any charges against them.

This comes as part of the campaign by the Legion against residents of the villages where HTS withdrew from in Shirawa district.

SOHR sources reported that Al-Sham Corps, which is close to the Turkish intelligence, continued to clamp down on the people of Ba’iyah village in Shirawa district in Afrin countryside.

In this context, Observatory activists confirmed that a patrol of Al-Sham Corps arrested six civilians, including women for various charges, including “dealing with the former Autonomous Administration and communicating with relatives living in areas under the control of Kurdish forces in the northern countryside of Aleppo.”
