In 24 hours | Fourth Turkish convoy enters areas in Aleppo countryside

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have monitored the entrance of a new Turkish military convoy coming from Turkey through Al-Ra’ey crossing and headed south towards Al-Bab city.

The convoy comprises weapons, heavy vehicles, personnel carriers and other supply trucks.

This is the fourth convoy that enters areas in Aleppo countryside during the past 24 hours.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported seeing the entry of a military convoy of Turkish forces from Bab Al-Salama border crossing with Turkey north of Aleppo, heading to Turkish bases in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

The military convoy comprised tanks, armoured vehicles, cannons, personnel carriers and various military vehicles.

Meanwhile, a Turkish military convoy entered Syrian territory from Ain Al-Bayda military crossing in the western countryside of Idlib and headed to Turkish posts in the eastern countryside of Idlib and the western countryside of Aleppo

The convoy included various tanks and tracked vehicles, the most important of which are the anti-tank heat-seeking missile launchers and unknown military vehicles entering for the first time Syria.

It is worth noting that this was the first time the anti-tank heat-seeking missile launchers entered Syrian territory.

SOHR activists monitored the entrance of a new Turkish military convoy to Aleppo countryside, where machinery entered through Al-Ra’iy crossing and headed south towards Turkish checkpoints in “Euphrates Shield” area.

The convoy comprised trucks carrying tanks, artillery, rocket launchers and personnel carriers.

The convoy comprised heavy machinery, personnel carriers and supply trucks, and headed towards the checkpoints located southern of Afrin near frontlines with Kurdish and regime forces.
