Did ISIS give child executioner drugs before forcing him to behead a soldier?

A young boy who was filmed beheading a Syrian army officer may have been plied with cocaine by bloodthirsty ISIS terrorists.

Footage released by the terror group shows the child, who appears to be under 10, staring blankly as he looms over the bound and terrified captive with a knife.

The blank-eyed ‘Cub of the Caliphate’ then slices the man’s throat and then cuts off his head, before placing it on the corpse’s back – without a flicker of emotion.

Terror expert Will Geddes, founder of threat management firm International Corporate Protection, says the boy has likely killed before and was probably given hard drugs to numb him to the horrific act.

 

He said: “It looks pretty obvious he’s done it before and he’s probably been dosed up on something.

“He doesn’t look like he’s taken a depressant, it’s probably cocaine or an amphetamine.

“His pupils are completely dilated and he has a thousand-yard stare. He looks like he’s been wound up to do what he’s about to do.”

There is strong evidence ISIS uses drugs to make captives facing execution more docile and also gives battlefield soldiers stimulants like amphetamine to make them fight harder.

The images were taken in the Syrian city of Palmyra, according to the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

After the savage act, an older jihadi says: “Our goal is not only Palmyra nor Homs or Damascus but our goal is to conquer Bayt al- Maqdes (Jerusalem) and Rome, God willing.”

ISIS uses children to execute prisoners in an effort to terrify their opponents and brutalise the next generation of militants.

But this is believed to be the first time a youngster has been filmed committing a beheading for the ‘death cult’.
