Russian forces establish new military checkpoints in Sarin Airport in Ain Al-Arab (Kobani)

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have monitored deployment of Russian forces inside Sarin Airport in Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) eastern of Aleppo, and established new military checkpoints inside the Airport and raised Russian flag.

This comes in light of the expansion of Russian forces in the area, coinciding with Iranian militias bringing military reinforcements in northern Aleppo countryside, and raising of Iranian flags opposite to Turkish-held areas in “Olive Branch”.
