Ceasefire violations | “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” factions shell regime positions in western Aleppo, while regime forces fire missiles on HTS-held areas

SOHR sources have reported that factions of “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” operations room fired several shells on position of regime forces on the frontline of Maklabis frontline in western Aleppo. The bombardment caused considerable material damage, as the shells hit a heat-seeking missile launchpad, installed on a construction which had used for storing water, in order to target civilian and military movements in areas controlled by Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and opposition factions.

On the other hand, regime forces fired high-explosive missiles on Kafr Taal and Kafr Ammah villages in the western countryside of Aleppo. However, no casualties have been reported.

It is worth noting that “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” operations room, which was formed in mid 2019, comprises several factions operating in the “de-escalation zone.” This operations room is seeking to reach a high level of security and military coordination between the jihadist factions operating under its banner and the other opposition factions.
