Military escalation | Factions fire missiles on regime position in Hama killing woman and young man

SOHR activists have documented the death of a woman and a young man where missiles fired by opposition factions hit areas in Nobl Al-Khatib village and Jurin in regime-held areas in western Hama countryside, with the number of casualties is likely to rise, as some of them were severely wounded.

A few hours ago, SOHR activists reported that extensive and violent shelling continued on regime areas in Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and Lattakia countryside by opposition factions, led by “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” operation room, where SOHR activists documented over 180 artillery shells and rockets fired by the factions since this morning, targeting nearly 25 areas, which are: Kabana, Salma, Salnafa, Atira, areas in Jabal Al-Turkman in Lattakia countryside, Jurin, Al-Bahsa, Foro, Al-Baraka, Al-Sakilbiyah in western Hama countryside, Saraqib, Dadikh, Jobas in eastern Idlib countryside, Al-Dar Al-Kabira, Al-Malaja, Ma’arat Mokhis, Kafr Nobl in Jabal Al-Zawiyah, vicinity of Ma’arat Al-Na’man, Kafroma in southern Idlib countryside, Qobtan Al-Jabal and Heir Darkal in western Aleppo countryside. However, no casualties were reported.

This extensive shelling came as a response to the massacre committed by the Russian warplanes in Jisr Al-Shughor western of Idlib in this morning, leaving seven people killed including four young brothers and injury of 11 others including eight children.
