Ongoing military escalation | Turkish forces and their proxy factions intensively shell Tel Tamr and Abu Rasin

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish forces and their proxy factions in Ras Al-Ain (Sere Kanye) countryside have intensively fired rockets and artillery shells on areas in the villages of A’bush, Al-Aghbish, Tawilah, Umm Al-Kif, Al-Kouzliyah and Tel Al-Laban which are under the control of SDF and regime forces in Tel Tamr and Abu Rasin (Zarkan) countryside, north-west of Al-Hasakah.

This heavy shelling left eight civilians, including a child and two women, injured.

This came after SDF special forces of Tel Tamr Military Council carried out an infiltration, targeting a gathering of factions in Al-Aaliyah frontline near M4 highway west of Tel Tamr, amid reports that one member was killed and others were wounded, then Turkish factions and forces began to bomb the area, triggering civilians’ exodus from the area to the east to escape the shells that fall indiscriminately on their houses.
