For “writing slogans against educational institution” | Military Police assault students protesting in A’zaz in Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that members of the Military Police in “Euphrates River” beat several students, who were protesting against the failure rate in the secondary certificate exams issued by the Ministry of Education in the areas of the “Syrian Interim Government”, while they were writing graffiti against the educational institution in front of the building of the Ministry of Educational in A’zaz city in northern Aleppo countryside.

Moreover, dozens of students protested in the site against the exam results, and wrote on the walls “Corrupted education, fall to the Ministry of Education, Failed education.”

This comes in light of the ongoing violations against civilians in “Euphrates Shield” areas in northern Aleppo countryside.

It is worth noting that the failure rate regarding the secondary certificate exams in local councils in some areas reached nearly 90%, which angered the residents and people on social media.
