Armed attack | Female member of “Asayish” killed in western Al-Raqqah

SOHR activists have documented the death of a female member of the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) in an armed attack by unknown gunmen, but believed to be of ISIS cells, on a checkpoint of Asayish Forces in Al-Tabaqah city in the western countryside of Al-Raqqah.

SOHR has documented 112 operations carried out by ISIS, including armed attacks and explosions, in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration since early 2022. According to SOHR statistics, these operations left 89 persons dead: 34 civilians and 55 members of SDF, the Internal Security Forces and other military formations operating in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration.

It is worth noting that these attacks have not included the operation of Ghuwayran prison, which left heavy losses.
