Handcuffed and tortured | Al-Raqqa residents find woman’s body near military position

SOHR activists have monitored a new murder in SDF-held areas in Al-Raqqa, where residents found the body of an unidentified woman in her forties, handcuffed and showing signs of torture, near a military position of the 17th Division in northern Al-Raqqa countryside. However, the identities and motives of the perpetrators haven’t been confirmed yet.
