De-Escalation zone | Regime forces shell six areas in Jabal Al-Zawiyah and Sahl Al-Ghab

 

On Tuesday midnight, regime forces fired mortar shells and heavy machine guns on areas in Maarat Al-Naasan town in northern Idlib countryside.

This morning, regime shelling hit areas in Al-Bara, Al-Fatirah, Bayannin, Fulayfel and Safouhn in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in southern Idlib countryside, and other areas in Al-Ankawi in Sahl Al-Ghab in north-western Hama countryside.

Meanwhile, Al-Fath Al-Mubin operations room shelled positions of the regime forces in Al-Barakah village and its surroundings in Sahl Al-Ghab. However, no casualties have been reported.

On August 14, SOHR activists reported that in the early hours of Saturday morning regime forces fired rocket shells on areas in Idlib countryside, targeting areas in Al-Fatirah, Fulayfel, Safuhn, Bayannin, the area around Al-Ruwaihah in southern Idlib countryside, and Maarat Al-Naasan town in northern Idlib countryside.

Al-Fath Al-Mubin factions also shelled positions of the regime forces in the villages of Al-Malajah and Al-Dar Al-Kabeer, south of Idlib.

Meanwhile, Kabbana frontline in Jabal Al-Akrad, north of Latakia, Al-Amqiyah and Al-Masharea’ in Sah Al-Ghab, north-west of Hama, witnessed the exchange of shelling and heavy machine-gun between regime forces and Al-Fath Al-Mubin factions.
