Old ordnance | Three HTS members killed in landmine explosion in Idlib

Idlib province: SOHR activists have documented the death of three HTS members, due to the explosion of an old landmine in “Putin-Erdogan” area near the frontlines with regime forces at San village frontline in Idlib eastern countryside.

On August 16, SOHR activists documented the death of two HTS members and the injury of another, due to the explosion of an advanced landmines at the frontlines in Kansafra in Jabal Al-Zawiyah southern of Idlib.

According to local SOHR sources, faction members work in picking figs, where trees near the frontlines are ignored by their owners, allowing the factions’ members to pick them for financial benefit.
