After meeting between Coalition and “Maghawer Al-Thawra” | Commanders of “Iranian Militias” evacuate positions in Palmyra and deploy in other positions

SOHR activists have reported that commanders of the “Iranian Militias” stationed in Palmyra city in eastern Homs countryside in the Syrian desert, have evacuated some positions in the city in fear of potential shelling on these positions.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the commanders stationed and deployed in Al-Qasr Al-Adly and Villa Al-Kuwaity as new positions.

This took place after a meeting between the Coalition and commanders of Jaish Maghawer Al-Thawra in Al-Tanf area, where SOHR activists reported that an International Coalition delegation met with representatives and dignitaries from Al-Rukban camp in the 55th Kilometer Zone near the Syrian borders with Iraq and Jordan.

The sides of the meeting discussed the security and humanitarian situation in the area, and ways to enhance relations with the residents, in light of the deteriorating living conditions they suffer.
