Escalating security chaos in “Peace Spring” area | Child killed by indiscriminate gunfire by Turkish-backed militiamen

SOHR activists have documented the death of an eight-year-old boy because of indiscriminate gunfire by Turkish-backed militiamen in an area under the control of “Peace Spring” operations room in Tel Abyad countryside in Al-Raqqah countryside.

 

This comes as a part of escalating security chaos and proliferation of arms in areas controlled by Turkish forces and their proxy factions.

 

Yesterday, SOHR activists in areas under the control of “Peace Spring” operations room reported a murder in Al-Aziziyah village in Ras Al-Ain countryside (Sere Kaniye), as a farmer was killed by a worker working for him for unknown reasons.
