Military escalation | Turkish forces shell regime areas in Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that shells hit regime positions western of Al-Bab city in eastern Aleppo countryside, fired by Turkish forces stationed in Hazwan base. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

On August 24, SOHR activists reported that reported that several missiles hit the vicinity of the Turkish base in Al-Ghouz village western of Al-Bab city in north eastern countryside of Aleppo, fired from areas of the Kurdish and regime forces in northern Aleppo countryside.

Turkish forces responded by shelling areas of Kurdish and regime forces in northern Aleppo countryside. However, the extent of damage was not reported.
