Daily death toll | Seven persons killed on August 28 across Syria

Further details of fatalities, documented by SOHR, can be summarised as follows:

 

  • A civilian from Waki family died of the wounds he sustained in gunfire by unknown gunmen in Al-Bab city in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo.

 

  • A man and a woman were killed in renewed clashes among members of Al-Burayj tribe in Jadidat Kahit area in the eastern countryside of Al-Raqqah.

 

  • A 13-year-old boy was shot dead by unknown gunmen in Al-Hariji village in northern Deir Ezzor.

 

  • A civilian died of the wounds he sustained, after having been shot by a sniper, while he was herding sheep near frontlines on the outskirts of Mare’ city in Aleppo countryside. The source of gunfire was areas where Kurdish and regime forces are stationed in Harbal village in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

 

  • A boy was shot dead by SDF members stationed at a checkpoint near the river crossing in Al-Latwah neighbourhood on the bank of Euphrates river.

 

  • A worker died of the wounds he sustained due to the explosion of an unexploded shell in a metal smelting factory on the road between Idlib and Bab Al-Hawa, near Maarrat Masrin city in northern Idlib.
