Military escalation | “National Army” factions shell Al-Raqqa countryside killing a regime soldier

Al-Raqqa province: SOHR activists have documented the death of a member of the regime’s 1st Division, due to shelling by “National Army” factions with heavy artillery shells on the outskirts of Ain Eissa in northern Al-Raqqa countryside.

On August 27, SOHR sources reported that Turkish forces stationed in “Peace Spring” areas fired several artillery shells on SDF positions nearby M4 international highway near Ain Issa district in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah.
