Daily death toll | Ten persons killed on August 30 across Syria

Further details of fatalities, documented by SOHR, can be summarised as follows:

 

  • Two civilians were killed in clashes between two families in Al-Lajj village in Ariha area in Idlib countryside.

 

  • A displaced child from Maarrat Al-Na’san town was found dead nearby Atmah town in the northern countryside of Idlib.

 

  • Two children were killed by the explosion of an unexploded blasting cap in Al-Naseriyah village in Ras Al-Ain city which is under the control of Turkish-backed factions operating under the banner of “Peace Spring” operations room in the northern countryside of Al-Hasakah.

 

  • An employee working in a court of the Autonomous Administration was shot dead by unknown gunmen believed to be of ISIS cells in Hemar Al-Ali village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor.

 

  • A young man from Um Al-Mayazen town in eastern Daraa was found dead with gunshot wounds on Daraa-Damascus highway. The victim had been kidnapped near a checkpoint of the regime’s military security service, near the duty free zone on the Syria-Jordan border.

 

  • Two members of the Turkish-backed “Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyyah,” one from Hayyan town in north Aleppo countryside and the other from Al-Raqqah, were killed in an armed attack on their car near the new highway in the neighbourhood of Afrin Al-Jadidah (the New Afrin).

 

  • A member of the regime-backed 1st Division was killed in artillery fire by the “National Army” on the outskirts of Ain Issa in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah.
