HTS-held areas | Salvation government removes street stalls in Idlib and HTS arrests civilian over writing anti-HTS post

Hayyat Tahrir Al-Sham security forces have arrested a resident of Kafr Karmin town for criticizing HTS for opening a church in Al-Yaqoubiya in Jisr Al-Shughour countryside on a post on social media. The man was taken to the desert prison in central Idlib.

According to SOHR activists, the man works as an ambulance driver.

Meanwhile, “Salvation government” alerted the owners of street stalls to remove the street stalls, arguing that the street stalls are uncivilized and there is a need to widen the road for passers-by. This ignites public discontent among the street stall owners.

On August 29, SOHR activists reported seeing a demonstration staged by women in Tlaadah town, in Aleppo countryside to demand the release of their beloved ones, who have been detained for years in the jails of HTS, on various charges.
