For the first time | “International Coalition” delegation visits displaced people in Al-Rukban camp at Syrian-Turkish-Iraqi border junction

SOHR activists have reported that an “International Coalition” delegation visited Al-Rukban (Al-Mansy) camp in the 55th Kilometre zone, for the first time since it was established.

Moreover, the delegation roamed inside the camp and met with some people to learn about the conditions of residents of Al-Rukban camp directly.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that the only bakery inside Al-Rukban (Al-Mansy) camp in the Syrian desert, has returned to work after being suspended for 13 days, where it was supplied with a limited amount of flour.

On August 24, a delegation of the International Coalition met with Maghaweer Al-Thawrah leaders and representatives and dignitaries from Al-Rukban camp in the 55-kilometre zone near the Syrian border with Iraq and Jordan.

The meeting tackled the security and humanitarian situation in the region and ways to deepen relations with the inhabitants who are suffering from poor living conditions.
