Harassing Afrin residents | Turkish-backed factions arrest two civilians arbitrarily including a woman

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that members of a Military Police patrol arrested two civilians from Jinderes district in Afrin countryside north western of Aleppo on September 3, for “dealing with the former Autonomous Administration”, and to collect ransoms.

On Late August, members of a joint patrol between the Civil Police and Al-Sham Legion arrested a woman from Maydan Akbas village in Rajo district, after the woman called out for humanitarian organizations to protect her minor daughter, after the daughter was accused of “participating in her 14 years-old friend’s suicide on August 21”, and she was forced to confess of participating in the suicide.

Earlier today, SOHR activists reported that members of a Civil Police patrol arrested two civilians from Jendires district in Afrin countryside, north-west of Aleppo for “dealing with the former Autonomous Administration,” to collect ransoms in the past few days.

Furthermore, members of a Military Police patrol arrested a man from Burj Haydar village in Sherawa district of Afrin countryside for “dealing with the former Autonomous Administration,” in order to collect ransoms.
