Third convoy in less than a week | 50 “International Coalition” convoys enter areas of NE Syria from Kurdistan-Iraq region

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have monitored the entrance of a new “International Coalition” convoy to areas in northern and eastern of Syria, through Al-Walid border crossing with Kurdistan-Iraq region, and headed towards their bases in Al-Hasakah countryside.

The convoy comprises 50 trucks carrying military and logistic equipment, weapons, tanks, cement blocks and oil tanks, and the trucks unloaded in “International Coalition” bases in Ramilan, Al-Shadady and Tel Baidar in northern Al-Hasakah countryside.

On the same context, an “International Coalition” convoy comprising 20 trucks, left after unloading logistic and military equipment in the Coalition bases in Al-Hasakah.

This is the third “International Coalition” convoy that enters in less than one week, and the third in September.

On September 3, SOHR activists reported seeing the entry of a convoy of the “International Coalition” via Al-Walid border crossing with Iraq’s Kurdistan region.

The US convoy comprised over 20 trucks, carrying logistics supplies and concrete walls headed to the US base in Al-Malikiyah “Derek,” to expand and fortify their base, located in Kri Kra Khirbet Al-Adnan. Meanwhile, some trucks left after unloading their cargo.
