SDF sneak operation | Two members of Turkish-backed factions killed in Al-Hasakah

 

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have documented the death of two members of the Turkish-backed “National Army” factions in Al-Aliyah area in western Tel Tamr countryside northern of Al-Hasakah, during a sneak operation executed by the Special Units of SDF on National Army positions in “Peace Spring” area.

As a response, Turkish forces and their proxies fired heavy artillery shells on the Assyrian Al-Tawela village in western Tel Tamr countryside. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

Earlier today, SOHR activists monitored artillery and rocket fire by Turkish forces stationed east of Ras Al-Ain in “Peace Spring” area, on the villages of Al-Dardarah and Al-Sheikh Ali in Tel Tamr countryside, and Umm Al-Khayr in Abu Rasin, north-western Al-Hasakah. Howver, no causalities were reported.

This bombardment came, after nearly 48 hours of cautious calm in the area.
