Failed assassination | Faction leader’s car hit by IED near border with Iskenderun north of Idlib

Idlib province: SOHR activists have reported the explosion of an IED in a car inside Nur camp in Qah village in northern Idilb countryside, near the border with Iskenderun.

According to SOHR activists, the car of “Jayish Al-Nasr” leader was hit by an IED explosion in an attempt to assassinate the leader this morning. The explosion caused material damage only.

Accordingly, SOHR activists have documented 29 incidents of security disorder in areas held by HTS and factions in Idlib and the surrounding countryside, which left 31 people dead, and they are as follows:

• 31 civilians, including two women and five children.

• Four combatants, including a HTS fighter.

• Five unidentified people.
