Daraa security chaos | Unidentified gunmen shoot a young Palestinian man

Daraa province: SOHR activists have reported that unidentified gunmen have opened fire on a Palestinian young man in Al-Sad road neighbourhood western of Binaa Al-Mohandesin in Daraa city, injuring him severely. The young man was transported to the National Hospital to receive proper medication.

This comes in light of the ongoing security chaos in different areas of Syria.

Since early 2022, the number of attacks documented by SOHR in Daraa province has risen to 380, which left 318 people dead; and they are as follows:
• 151 civilians, including four women and five children.
• 131 regime military personnel, “collaborators” with security services and members with settled-status working for regime services and backed militias.
• 22 former fighters who did not join any military formation, after striking reconciliation deals.
• Four ex-ISIS member.
• Seven unidentified people.
• Four militiamen of the Russian-backed 5th Corps.
