- A man was found dead with gunshot wounds in front of his house in Shuraytah project, near Latakia city centre.
- A young man died under torture in a regime security centre, after four days of detention. The victim had been arrested by regime forces in Alma city in the north-eastern countryside of Daraa.
- A man was killed in the SDF-controlled town of Al-Kasra in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor following disagreements with another person. The two persons are from Al-Kasra town.
- A former member of an opposition local faction, who struck a reconciliation deal with regime forces, was shot dead by unknown gunmen in Al-Msifrah town in the eastern countryside of Daraa.
- An unidentified civilian was found dead with gunshots in the chest and marks of torture on his body on a farmland in Bulbul district in Afrin countryside, north-west of Aleppo.
- A man in his fifties was found dead and buried on a farmland near Jobar neighbourhood in Homs.
- Two young men were found dead with gunshot wounds and marks of torture on their bodies on a road near Kharab Al-Shahm town in the western countryside of Daraa. According to SOHR sources, the two young men were drug dealers “collaborating” with the 4th
