After assaults by Bedouin tribes of “Iran’s agent” | Al-Shaikh Al-Bal’ous imposes his demands and detains one of murder suspects in Al-Suwaydaa

Al-Suwaydaa province: SOHR activists have reported that Al-Shaikh Layth Al-Bal’ous imposed several demands on Bedouin tribes in Al-Suwaydaa following their recent assaults, where the Bedouin tribes, which belong to one of Iran’s agents and the Military Security “Jamel Al-Bil’as”, fired gunshots in the air to intimidate residents in Al-Mazra’a town.

According to reliable SOHR sources, “Al-Bal’ous” demanded to reveal those involved in the assassination of two civilians from Al-Suwaydaa, and demanded to return the individual weapons they had after being taken over by a gang from Bedouin tribes of “Jamel Al-Bil’as” a few days ago, while assaulting and killing them on September 8, under the pretext of chopping wood, between Waqm and Samid villages in Al-Suwaydaa countryside. Meanwhile, Al-Shaikh Al-Bal’ous detained a person from the Bedouin tribes from Al-Suwayty family for being accused of “participating in the assault and murder operation that took place a few days ago” after the spiritual head of the Druze sect Al-Shaikh Hikmat Al-Hajry and Bedouin tribes interfered.

On September 8, SOHR activists documented the death of two civilians after being shot dead by Bedouin tribesmen in a forest between the villages of Qom and Samid in Al-Suwaydaa countryside.

According to SOHR sources, the dispute erupted between groups of Al-Lujah bedouin tribesmen and a group of young men from western Al-Suwaydaa countryside as the young men cut fire logs in the forest of Al-Lujah bedouin tribesmen. The dispute developed into armed clashes with weapons. These clashes left two young men dead.

The meeting was attended by Al-Sheikh Laith Al-Balaous, religious and social figures and representatives of “Al-Liwaa Al-Souri” party, at the guest house of the martyr Wahid Al-Balaous in Al-Mazaraa’ town.
SOHR obtained a video, during which dignitaries confirmed their rejection of the Iranian presence and Lebanese “Hezbollah” in Al-Suwaydaa, blaming Iran for drug trafficking as Iranians support terrorist gangs in Al-Suwaydaa that commit murders and kidnappings with the support of the security services, especially military and State security services.
The dignitaries also believe that the poor living condition in Al-Suwaydaa is due to the rampant corruption that Iran mainly contributed in, prompting the residents of Al-Suwaydaa to emigrate out of Syria.
