Deir Ezzor | ISIS cells put threatening messages on buildings in Al-Basirah city

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that ISIS cells put sticky notes papers with ISIS slogan on the walls of some building in the SDF-controlled Al-Basirah city in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, including a threat to five employees of Al-Basitah’s “Civil Administration” which is affiliated with Autonomous-Administration.
On August 10, SOHR activists reported that ISIS members threatened employees of the People’s Assembly of the “Autonomous Administration” with a paper message, a copy of which was obtained by SOHR.

ISIS members put a paper with ISIS slogan on the gate of People’s Assembly in Al-Hariji town in Deir Ezzor countryside.

The message contained the names and job position of 18 employees and the phrase “forewarned is forearmed” in a direct threat to kill them.
