Horrendous crime | Residents find body of newborn baby dumbed in Afrin

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that residents have found the body of a newborn baby, killed and dumbed among the garbage in the opposite side to “Ebad Al-Rahman” gas station in Al-Mahmoudiyah neighbourhood in Afrin city within “Olive Branch” area in northern Aleppo countryside.
It is worth noting that this is the third incident of its kind in September. This comes in light of the growing phenomenon of child abandonment across Syria for different reasons.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that residents found the body of a newborn baby inside a nylon bag, dumbed at the road linking between Qabasin and Al-Bab within “Euphrates Shield” area in eastern Aleppo countryside.

On August 13, SOHR activists reported that residents found a newborn baby girl, dumped outside a mosque in Susyan town in Al-Bab countryside, east of Aleppo.
