For the second day | ISIS cells threaten employees of the “Autonomous Administration” in Deir Ezzor

SOHR obtained a copy of the leaflets that read: “The punishment for those who fight against God and His Messenger, striving to spread corruption in the land, is to be killed, crucified, have their hands and feet cut off or be exiled from the land, as their shame in life and their punishment in the afterlife.”

SOHR activists have reported that ISIS cells put sticky notes papers with ISIS slogan on the walls of some building in the SDF-controlled Al-Basirah city in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, including a threat to five employees of Al-Basitah’s “Civil Administration” which is affiliated with Autonomous-Administration.
