De-escalation zone | Regime forces and Al-Fath Al-Mubin factions trade fire in Jabal Al-Akrad and Jabl Al-Zawiyah

SOHR activists have reported artillery shelling carried out by regime forces, targeting the villages of Al-Fatirah, Fulayfel and Safuhan in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in southern Idlib countryside.

Regime artillery shelled also hit Al-Amqiyah frontline in Sahl Al-Ghab, west of Hama, in “Putin-Erdogan” area.

Meanwhile, Al-Fath Al-Mubin factions and regime forces have exchanged mortar and heavy machine guns on Kabbana frontline in Jabal Al-Akrad in northern Latakia countryside. No further details have been reported about the number of casualties and material damage caused by the shelling so far.

Moreover, Russian reconnaissance aircraft fly over Jabal Al-Zawiyah, Sahl Al-Ghab and Jabal Al-Akrad.

Yesterday, SOHR activists documented the death of regime soldier of the 6th Division after being shot dead by a sniper of Al-Fath Al-Mubin factions in Al-Manara (Tanjara) village in Sahl Al-Ghabin the north-western Hama countryside.

Yesterday morning, SOHR activists reported artillery shelling carried out by regime forces stationed at the surrounding checkpoints, targeting the perimeter of Maarat Al-Naasan village in northern Idlib countryside, amid the flight of reconnaissance aircraft over the area.
