Idlib security chaos | Person killed and another injured in clashes in a displacement camp

Idlib province: SOHR activists have monitored disputes between young men from Ma’arat Al-Na’man in Kafr Arok camps in northern Idlib countryside, which escalated to clashes with weapons resulting in the death of a person and the severe injury of another, amid tension in the area.

On August 30, SOHR activists monitored clashes between two families in Al-Laj village in Ariha area in Idlib countryside, which developed to armed clashes leading to the death of two civilians and the injury of several others, amid appeals by residents to Security Forces to break the clashes, after houses were set on fire due to the clashes between both sides, amid a state of tension in the area.

On August 24, SOHR activists monitored armed clashes between a group of people displaced from Al-Latmana on one hand and displaced people from Daraa on the other hand, in “Ataa” camp in Atma in northern Idlib countryside due to financial disputes, leaving injuries among both sides.
