Security chaos in Euphrates Shield areas | Civilian dies of wounds sustained in armed attack in Al-Bab city

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have documented the death of a resident of Al-Bab city, east of Aleppo, in the “Euphrates Shield” areas controlled by Turkish-backed factions, of wounds he sustained on September 19, after being targeted directly by an unidentified gunman near Fatima Al-Zahra mosque.

Accordingly, the death toll of the armed attack in Al-Bab city has risen to two. While five people sustained various injuries.

On September 19, SOHR activists documented the death of a young man as a primary death toll, and the injury of six others severely, where they were targeted by unidentified gunmen on motorbikes near Fatima Al-Zahraa Mosque in Al-Bab city in Aleppo countryside within “Euphrates Shield” area. Meanwhile, the Military Police arrested the murderer with a hand grenade in his possession.

It is worth noting that the number of people killed in the attack is likely to increase owing to the presence of critical injuries.
