In 24 hours | Two civilians kidnapped by unidentified gunmen in Al-Suwaydaa

Al-Suwaydaa province: SOHR activists have reported that an employee of a water pumping station was kidnapped in Al-Qal’a neighbourhood in Al-Suwaydaa city in mysterious circumstances, where his fate remains unknown.

On the same context, SOHR activists reported that six unidentified gunmen kidnapped a young man, while he was working as a sales representatives in Um Al-Zaiton town after they intercepted him, and they took him towards Arika town in western Al-Suwaydaa countryside, while they had him in handcuffs.

SOHR sources have reported hearing an explosion this morning, it was caused by the explosion of a grenade thrown by unknown individuals near the cultural centre in Al-Suwaidaa city, in which a meeting was held yesterday between a regime delegation and dignitaries from the city.

This comes in light of the ongoing security chaos within areas held by the regime forces and their loyal militias.
