Heavy bombardment | Turkish shells hit civilian houses in village held by “SDF” in Al-Hasakah countryside

Al-Hasakah province: Turkish troops have fired artillery shells on areas in Al-Hasakah countryside.

This morning, Turkish forces stationed in “Peace Spring” area fired heavy artillery shells on Tel Al-Laban village, west of Tel Tamr, adjacent to M4 international highway, north-west of Al-Hasakah.

Turkish shells hit “SDF” positions and houses in Tel Al-Laban village, causing significant damage to civilian homes and infrastructure. No human losses have been reported so far.

On September 27, SOHR activists documented the death of two children and injury of eight others including three women and two children, where the Turkish forces and their proxies shelled civilians’ houses and a workshop of cotton pickers in Al-Asadiyah and Al-Mashirfa villages in north western Al-Hasakah countryside.

Moreover, an SDF member was injured in an artillery shelling by Turkish forces and their proxies stationed in “Peace Spring” area in Abo Rasen town in SDF-held area north western of Al-Hasakah.
