For being rejected | Young man sets himself on fire eastern of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that a young man from Al-Bahra village in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, tried to suicide by setting himself on fire, because his marriage proposal was rejected by families of the girls that he proposed to, where the young man suffered medium burns.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the young man suffers a visual disability and deteriorating financial conditions, where he works as a vegetable seller, where he proposed to marry several girls and his proposal was always rejected.

This comes in light of the deteriorating living conditions that most families in Syrian provinces suffer from, in addition to the psychological pressures, which are the primary reason for the suicide phenomenon especially among young people.
