Second suicide in 24 hours | Young man shoots himself in Al-Hasakah in SDF-held areas

Al-Hasakah province: A young man in his thirties committed suicide by shooting himself with a military pistol in Al-Kalasah neighbourhood in Al-Hasakah city in SDF-held areas. However, the causes and motives of suicide remain unknown

Yesterday, OHR activists reported that a young man from Al-Bahra village in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, tried suicide by setting himself on fire, because his marriage proposal was rejected by the families of the girls that he proposed to, where the young man suffered medium burns.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the young man suffers from a visual disability and deteriorating financial conditions, where he works as a vegetable seller, where he proposed to marry several girls and his proposal was always rejected.
